  • There is a reservation button at the bottom of the page.

    Please read all the notes before proceeding to the reservation.

  • Please arrive on time.

    To ensure you enjoy your meal at its most delicious, we begin serving all dishes simultaneously according to your reservation time.

    If you arrive late, we will begin preparing your meal from the time of your arrival, according to the progress of the meal service. (We cannot provide any dishes that have already been served or are currently being served.)

    If you anticipate being late, please be sure to contact us in advance.

    Furthermore, if you do not arrive within 30 minutes, your reservation will be cancelled regardless of whether you contact us or not, and you will be responsible for the cost of the meal.

    We value ensuring that you enjoy the entire course in its best possible condition, so it would be our unwillingness to offer only a portion of it.

    To ensure that everyone can enjoy their meal within the limited time available, we kindly request that you make your reservation for a day when you can arrive with ample time to spare before your scheduled time.

  • How to make a reservation

    Online reservations (instant booking) are available for evening reservations of up to 4 people . (We would appreciate it if you could make your reservation through our website.)

    You can still make reservations via LINE (@115buqtn) or by phone, as before .

    For reservations for 5-8 people, lunch, and takeout, please contact us via LINE (@115buqtn) or phone.

    If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

    * Reservations for the "Evening Session" will begin on the website around midnight on the 1st of each month, and will be accepted until the end of the following month.

    (LINE and phone reservations accepted from the 2nd onwards)

    Reservations for the daytime session will begin at midnight via LINE. (Telephone reservations will be accepted from the 2nd onwards.)

    (For reservations made during your next visit, we will accept reservations for two months in advance.)

  • Reservation deadline

    Due to stock availability, please make reservations by 21:00 two days in advance . Please note that if you make a last-minute reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you even if there is a vacant seat.

    Please contact us as soon as possible, as we will stop accepting take-out orders even if they are made 2 days in advance, as soon as the number of orders available is reached.

  • Please be careful when making online reservations

    Before pressing the "Agree and Book" button, please fill out the following questions in the question column from our store .

    *We apologize for the inconvenience, but please fill in the information each time you make a reservation.

    ① Ingredients excluded from allergies etc.

    ②If this is your first visit to our store, please choose a time when it is convenient for you to answer the phone.

    ③Confirm and agree to punctuality and cancellation policy

    If you leave the information blank or make your first reservation, we will contact you.

  • Regarding children's visits

    In the evening, children of elementary school age and above can visit if they order a course.

    Children under elementary school age who are not ordering a course are asked to come to the store during the day.

    If you would like to place an order for your child who is coming for lunch (lunch omakase nigiri or your choice), please let us know when making your reservation.

  • Dealing with excluded foods

    If you have any allergies or other ingredients that you cannot eat, please let us know when making your reservation.

    Please note that we may not be able to respond if you make a request after visiting our store.

  • About LINE coupons

    Please note that there are restrictions on the use of our official LINE coupons when making online reservations.

    * All coupons can be used when making online reservations via the website. Please note that online reservations from gourmet sites may not be available .

  • [Cancellation Policy]

    ・Up to two days prior: None

    - If you make a reservation by 9 PM the day before, we request that you pay 50% of the cost of the meal (per person).

    - For reservations made after 9 PM the day before or on the day of the reservation: We request that you pay 100% of the cost of the reserved food (per person).

    *Changes in the number of people are also subject to change.
