Kanpyo roll
Through our continued pursuit of tradition, we have created our original kanpyo-maki.
The painstakingly boiled kanpyo is wrapped in our signature shari and carefully selected seaweed, and melts in your mouth to create a delicious flavor.
The one with wasabi is also delicious.
You can order additional items after the course.
For takeout, you can order additional nigiri. Please feel free to contact us.

Our specialty tamagoyaki.
By wrapping it around the sushi rice and squeezing it, you can create a masterpiece with a richer flavor that stands out in your mouth.
The soft and sweet tamagoyaki is baked moist and has plenty of shrimp flavor.
Please enjoy the attention to detail of the owner, who takes even more time to complete the Edomae-style work.
Sea urchin rice (limited time only)
During the sea urchin fishing season (June to August) in Yoichi, Hokkaido, we are offering ``Sea urchin rice (sea urchin rice)'' as an additional order for a limited time. (Reservation required at least 1 week in advance)
If there is no stock due to sea conditions, we will use sea urchin other than those from Yoichi.
