We carefully select ingredients that we have visited the market to discern with our own eyes, while preserving the tradition of Edomae sushi and bringing out the unique flavors of each fish to its fullest.

We always have around 15 types of alcohol available, ranging from well-known alcoholic beverages to hard-to-find alcoholic beverages carefully selected by the owner. This sake is carefully brewed. Please eat in moderation...enjoy your meal without getting overwhelmed by alcohol.
